Thanksgiving is the most popular day to run or walk a road race, commonly called a “Turkey Trot”, in the U.S. This year, my dad and I will be tackling our 5th Annual Trot, in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Here are a few tips to safely getting in a few miles before sitting down to dinner.
