Exercise Every Day August 27 2016

The first Monday in September is 'Labor Day', but studies show that laboring (aka: exercising) even a short time every day can make a lifetime of difference.

Friends December 30 2014

The legendary Joe Cocker said it best: "I get by with a little help from my friends."  True in life, and especially in regards to exercise!
